Terms and Conditions

1. Hirer to pay in advance as agreed – weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
2. If hirer signs up for a rental period of 12 weeks or more but does not complete this period they forfeit the refund of any bond paid.
3. Hirer must give Caravan Hire NP Ltd 2 weeks notice of intention to return the caravan or pay equivalent to 2 weeks rent in lieu of notice.
4. The Hirer agrees that if a caravan rent becomes in arrears, the caravan may be picked up without prior notice by Caravan Hire NP Ltd. Where contact cannot be made and rent is in arrears the caravan may be collected by Caravan Hire NP Ltd without notice together with the hirers possessions if necessary. These may then be collected from Caravan Hire NP Ltd Premises.
5. Removal of the Caravan by the tenant from the agreed rental site is not permitted. Caravan Hire NP Ltd will move the caravan on behalf of the hirer and a redilvery fee will be charged.
6. Hirer will not sublet the caravan to any other persons.
7. Caravan Hire NP Ltd has the right to inspect the caravan and the site on which it is to be kept at their descretion.
8. The Hirer agrees to keep the inside and outside of the caravan clean at all times. A minimum charge of $50 will be made if the caravan is returned in an unclean condition.
9. The Hirer will promptly advise Caravan Hire NP Ltd of any damage to the caravan and pay for any required repairs. Should either prompt advisement or repairs not occur Caravan Hire NP Ltd has the right to collect the caravan without prior notice and to deduct any cost of repairs from the bond.
10. Power supply to the caravan to be the Hire's responsibility. Caravan Hire NP Ltd does not provide a power supply other than the standard Reyrolle caravan fitting. Hirer will under no circumstances interfere with the electrical wiring of the caravan or it's fittings. Any accounts incurred for the repair of wiring that has been altered by the hirer to be deducted from the bond and treated as 'damage' of the caravan.
11. Light bulbs to be replaced with 40W only.
12. Refills of gas are the hirers responsibility.
13. The Hirer agrees to use a matress protector on beds used by any person likely to wet the bed.
14. No dogs are allowed to be kept in the caravan.
15. Smoking is not permitted in caravans.
16. Hirer will comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the caravan and its use during the term of hire.
17. Failure to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions outlined above will result in the loss of Bond and/or the caravan being picked up without prior notice.
